Exercise mimics
GH injections

R
esearchers conclude that exercise mimics the benefits of growth hormone injections, (Exercise training benefits growth hormone (GH)-deficient adults in the absence or presence of GH treatment, 2003, Thomas).

This is extremely positive news for adults of all ages, especially adults over age 30 who have experienced the dreaded middle-age spread.

Studies show that growth hormone injections in adults have reduced bodyfat (14%), toned muscle, thickened skin (this fills-in the wrinkles), increased bone density (1.7%), and improved cholesterol.

The best source is from your own body!

The best source of growth hormone is not from a needle. The best source is from your own body. And your body is made to produce this very powerful substance naturally with high-intensity, anaerobic exercise.

Not tapping into the body's ability to secrete growth hormone from exercise is like having a Porsche sitting in the garage and never
driving it.

The human body is magnificent. Don't waste this wonderful gift!

Have a great day!
